mass effect3

Made a purchase online of a premium spectre pack. The money has been removed from my account but i havent got the pack......

yeah, its happened to a few people that, hated the start of that online as you really do need to buy something to help the team out.. but seriously i wouldn't bother buying any more if i were you, you'll soon have enough points to use for them.. plus it could happen again.. don't think there bothered ea that is.. but yeah, your not alone with that prob.anyway hope it doesn't spoil the rest of the online, as it was awesome when i was playin, levling up etc...

Is this a game addon? If it is then check your download list inside the PlayStation Store, up the top right, and it should be there.

Iit isnt an addon strangeplace. u pay for the unlocks and extras. and they are in the services list. (best bet is to reset game and it should give u ure packs thats how i had to get my packs when they failed.)
