Last night I tried several times to purchase the Babel Rising plus offer - unlike some of my friends I could get into the store. Initially I had a server timed out to connection error when I tried buy it now or got the 80023017 error if I tried to add to cart. Eventually I was able to purchase the game via buy it now except I didn't purchase it. I didn't have any funds in my wallet, I clicked confirm payment but instead of allowing me to add funds by either a credit card or psn card I was immediately taken to the download page, I downloaded the 3 parts of the game (unlock key, dlc, game) - and in my download list it registers all 3 of these items as trials (unlock key trial???!!) even though it has trophies showing - thing is I did actually want to purchase the game, I wasn't expecting to get it for free - is there a Playstation support # that doesn't begin with 0870 or 0844

This is a strange one.  Did you have the funds available in your wallet when you made the selection and has the amount in your wallet changed since the purchase?

no, I had no funds in my wallet. I don't generally keep funds in my wallet I usually just pay the exact amount with my credit card as I don't generally spend less than a fiver

Ok I think your best course of action is to contact your local PlayStation Support who can investigate whats going on for you.
