playstation network card help

I recently travelled to Spain and bought a PSN card valued at 20 Euros. When I started removing the cover covering the code, two letters of the code were removed. I was wondering if there is anyway Sony or someone can help me get the two missing letters? I have the card and the receipt as proof.
