psn Store - elite PREMIUM membership item not found

hello , 

my name is hamad and i'm from UAE i was looking forward to buy a elite PREMIUM membership , 

and i look for it in the psn store and didn't find it .. i have 50$ in my wallet and i cant find it to buy it 

 

please help .. 

note : i contact with the elite support and they said that it maybe a bug or some thing " ..

As far as I'm aware, Elite is not available in the UAE. Sorry :smileysad:
