psn card not topping up my wallet

i brought 2 $30 psn cards and i have tried adding the funds to my wallet but keeps saying funds could not be added! what do i do plz help

Are you using a US PSN account, and are the vouchers from the US too?

EU ACCOUNT AND EU VOUCHERS does not make any sense have rung sony and they have passed it on to billing which will take forever :smileysad: and even then may not fix the issue

Keep up at them and see if you can get a result. If you call them reasonably frequently you should be able to get a result :smileyhappy:
