Hi

I downloaded 'Dynamic Axe zombie Theme 3' go to apply it and it is not in my Themes list however there is a theme for 'Dynamic China Shanghai Theme' I did not download this theme I have checked my Download history and definatly have PAID for the Zombie theme, I have tried to download this 3 tines and same thing just the China theme shows up.

Has anyone else had this issue and how is it fixed?

We tried to have a look here at work but we couldnt find anything.

Best bet is to call your local Playstation support centre staff and have a chat to them about it so it can be investigated.

Hi everyone,

When you go into your theme List, does any item state: Corrupted Data?

I would suggest the following:

1. Delete any corrupted themes in your list

2. Power up modem

3. Redownload!

If fails, can you please contact the PlayStation Support Centre on this?

no it doesn't state corrupt data, there's no sign of it at all

Still have the problem, I have not had a chance to ring PS support but by the looks of it this is a very common issue so I hope they sort it soon.

We need real examples of affected users before it can be thoroughly looked into.
