I seem to be having some problems with my Battlefield 3 Online Pass..
I try to activate it and it says that this code is invalid or already used etc. but I haven't used it yet.
Any help would be appreciated.

I actually just had this happened to me but i just reliased my copy was actually a pre-owned copy and the code had obviously been used Lucky my girlfriend works at the store lol..

Hi everyone!

In regards to Online Passes always verify the following:

1. The CD is in your region which shold be the same as your PSN Account! To check the CD, you will find a BL reference. Australian and New Zealand should be BLES.

If you have anything different, sorry but Online Pass will not work as it is foreign CD, which means any DLC will not work either as it runs on a different coding.

2. Second Hand Game? 

If the game is second hand, most likely the previous user has used the code. If the game is brand new then you will need to go into the store where you got it from.

hi im getting kinda the same problem but when i type my code in it says its incorrect or its not valid i bought battlefield 3 limited edition brand new and even when i try to use my unique code in playstation store it says the same thing.

I suffer from the same situation now. What should I do ?

I bought this game brand new when I travel to Hong Kong(pretty sure it's brand new because it's the organial package which is sealed) and I tried to use my Hong Kong PSN to redeem the code still doesnt work.

Please advise what is the best solution and would you please tell me which local support that I can contact ?

I am not able to check the code immediately bcoz my console is in Australia therefore I cannot go back to the store. Besides, unless you open the game in front of him and redeem immediately, otherwise he can still argue that I gave the code to somebody else then trying to get some advantages.

Hi there,

If you've purchased a game in HK, you'd see a BLAS code on the disc. This means any code bundled with it needs to be used with an Asian PSN account.

You'd need to contact the region that your account is based in. If you have an Australian or New Zealand account, then use the following numbers:

Australia: 1300 365 911
New Zealand: 09 415 2447
