Hey guys 

i usally have full bars in call of duty : balck ops PS3. but when i play i see player moving like robots .. i think you know what i mean. they dont walk normally they walk wierd so fast. 

guys please help ! 

i have nat type 2, good Modem for gaming Netgear dgnd330. 

My internet speed is not bad .. around 15-17 mpbs and my ping is 19 

Also my ps3 is DMZ  

 and i am using Wired connection

NAT and firewall issues don't cause lag. Remember that your internet has two speeds: upload and download. Only an internet connection test will tell you what those are on your PS3 but it won't tell you what the game host's speed is.

Bars have no relation to actual connection, used to get 4 bars when playing on capped net.
