Error code 80023102 after adding 20€ PSN Card

After adding a 20€ PSN Card, i buy anything and cant donwload anything...

Any info? Are this related to the transfer of PSN to SEN?

yer same im trying to download 3 betas but i cant and my whole download history isint ther FIX THIS
