Så, jeg skulle kjøpe Lego Batman 2, og jeg antok at den jeg fant i PS store var til Playstation 3 og jeg kom ved et uhell til å kjøpe det til PS Vita.

Noen som vet om det er mulig å få refundert pengene mine eller evt endret bestillingen?

Nå har jeg snakket med kundeservice om feilkjøpet, svaret var:

I understand from your e-mail that you would like a refund for your recent purchase from the PlayStation Store.  Regrettably, as stated in the Terms of Service, we are unable to offer a refund for any purchase made on the PlayStation Store. The product description clearly states “Compatible with PS™Vita (PlayStation®Vita) only.”

Although PlayStation Network can be accessed from a PlayStation 3 console, the content may be specifically compatible with other devices, such as PS®Vita, therefore the product description “…PS Vita…ONLY.”
