Im here writing to psn because my 15th prestige account got hacked account name: CHRISZ-HSF.....i spent alot of hours and days prestiging that account and some guy is on it....i know this because i have my old account added on this one....and he's glorifying being 15th prestige....too teell you the truth im outraged.......also think it might have my bank details saved on it.......the sooner you help me fix the problem the better....... thanks for your time but i really want my account baq.......

Please call your local PlayStation Support Centre for assistance.

If you're in Australia or New Zealand, you can use the below numbers:

Australia: 1300 365 911
New Zealand: 09 415 2447

Phone numbers for PlayStation and game publishers are located in the back of every game manual as well

(In regards to your bank / credit card info - unless your account was already on that person's console, they will need to either confirm or delete your details. If they didn't know the details, then the details will no longer be on the network)

thats so stupid never give out details for any reason even if they say they'll plat a game for you ive had a person try this on me told em to ***** off. you must have alot of time also to prestige a 15th account?

Its not "Hacked" mate, you gave your details out. You probably were promised some free maps or something STUPID - you thought you'd take advantage of it, and then you got wroughted in the process.

This is natural selection.

If you're worried about your bank deets - go to your bank and get them to re-issue a card to you.
