Hey guys, 

I recently tried to add credit to my account in the Playstore, and it is telling me Unable to add funds. So I tried to get into the manage my account settings, and I have absolutely know idea what the password is, so I cannot even get in there to look at the credit card information or to fix the problem. Also - I have been unable to receive any advice or help from the playstation network in australia - there websight goes to extreme lengths to stop you from emailing any support personell - and I have had no response after sending in an email a week ago.

Finally - I emailed them several months ago to help me change the email account linked to that account - so I could get the password reset, because I cannot seem to remember the password and now do not have acces to that email address any more...

Is this simple email address and password problem able to be fixed ?  or do I stick with the PC.

Call your local Sony support number. You can find it in the back cover of any of your game manuals, or in the manual that came with your PS3.

Isn't it the same password you use to login to the PS Network in the first place? If you are logged into the PSN, you should be able to go into account settings and make any desired changes then when prompted, use the password you used to login.

aa but this person might have remember password saved for when they log in.

the other way of getting credit to your account is to get the psn cards that have a set credit on them

First---Place, sometimes you have to actually pick up a phone and talk to someone. Especially where account details are concerned.
