I recently tried to add credit to my account in the Playstore, and it is telling me Unable to add funds. So I tried to get into the manage my account settings, and I have absolutely know idea what the password is, so I cannot even get in there to look at the credit card information or to fix the problem. Also - I have been unable to receive any advice or help from the playstation network in australia - there websight goes to extreme lengths to stop you from emailing any support personell - and I have had no response after sending in an email a week ago.
Finally - I emailed them several months ago to help me change the email account linked to that account - so I could get the password reset, because I cannot seem to remember the password and now do not have acces to that email address any more...
Is this simple email address and password problem able to be fixed ? or do I stick with the PC.

First---Place, sometimes you have to actually pick up a phone and talk to someone. Especially where account details are concerned.

RandAPle4 is correct, if you are unable to remember your password, or unable to reset it via the PS3 yourself; please give us a call as we will be required to validate your account information to further assist you. This is a case that simply cannot be done via email or forums due to personal information.
