This is a really pathetic effort, it's annoying the hell out of me. Wonder why I'm paying for a subscription that's had multiple downtimes for extended periods over the last year.

I only found this issue yesterday tried to buy and download a game for my psp only diffrence is each time i click download after i bought it it just says "Thank you for your purchase" same exact issue with the download list thoe i get a nice error code, what i looked up wich is for when it cant connect to the network.

sweet ill go check mine now let u know how it works out, hope it works really want my game i paid for.

EDIT: Yep mines working im gonna make the assumption now since we can confirm 2 ppl atleast are able to acess there downloads list that they have fixed it.
