I am a regular player on playstation network. 
I am in a clan (McNL) and I am concerned about one thing. We have chatrooms that we talk in which are private and only McNeaLs. However people who are in McNeaL sometimes decide to leave (which is fine) but they spam and swear and invite their friends( all of them) and then it is no longer private, then they send spam mail and hate messages, I am sick and tired of this stuff, and I know we should keep making a new chat, but I think you should make a system where, people who make the chatrooms have full control over it i.e. Can kick people from them, making it less of a hassle. Please Sony think about this, I am very annoyed with this situation, so please help.

I've thought about this as a self-assigned Sony proxy, and come to the following conclusion:

Clans are like any modern capitalist society. You'll always get dissenters.
Move your mindset from fluffy Western ideology and treat the clan more like North Korea. Either kick them from your friendlist, or take them out the back and shoot them. Either way, those undesirables will leave.

Also, clans are pointless.
