Unable to Sign In to Playstation Network

Hey it seems that no matter what i try, i am unable to connect to the playstation network.

My internet connection is fine and when i test it on the ps3 the test is successful up until the PSN test. That one fails every time.

What the heck is going on?

Re: Unable to Sign In to Playstation Network

I don't with you own a PS3 or PSP, but if you are using a psp, that mean you have to update into a new system on your software. PS3...might be the same.

Re : Re: Unable to Sign In to Playstation Network

i've called sony this about an hour ago , guess what they told me ... that the probleme is coming from my internet connection (bell) ....if there is a probleme  with my internet connection then why am i here posting again on forum about not being able to connect to the psn .... really this is getting on my nerve take your server to another lv and make us pay for it if you want but make it work plz .... btw im in canada (quebec) (montreal) this is definitivly not  cool i know it's free but what about us ...the Canadian ...i got like 20 of my friend that cannot connect either and there must be many many many more players just waiting to get on MW2 .... if this dont change i guess well have to make pressurre on sony to makeit work back again .... or simply sell our ps3 system and all of our game and buy the xbox 360 ...well in my concern ill be selling it by the end of the week if it not working back again....

QC Have you contacted Bell to find out if they have done something to affect your connection to the PSN ?

Error 80710B23. I can't connect to PSN. My (Dutch) internetprovider is UPC and I can browse the internet with the PS3 browser (and on my pc) so the internet connection not the problem. I think...
