I was in the welcome back and looked at the games thay offerd and did not choose any game and closed the store and when i got back i couldnt go in to the games again trying to choose welcome back and then the 5 games and press X but nothing happens so now i cant get the games.

Is there anyway around this?

or is there any staff here that can help

Would be glad if i can get help finding the email to the psn support so i can get this solved.

Hi

You can try the following four steps, which hopefully will help you out.

1. On your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable navigate to the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB
2. Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List
3. Choose “PlayStation Network Promotions” from the list of services displayed
4. Select either “PS3 Free Games” or “PSP Free Games” and then choose “Select Content”

You will be taken to the store to choose your remaining free games.

Seems to work trying to get the games tomorrow but now i can see the games atleast

we have tried the same  and can't be allowed to choose anything - games or welcome back.

We do neither know what to do - so any help would be welcomed.

Welt0404: How "old" is the user you use to login on your PS3/PSP? The "welcome back" is only available to those users who had a user at the time of the hackings.... (So if you just created your user, then unfortunately you cannot get your hands on the "Welcome Back"-package)
