Hi.

Just wondering if anyone has received their free voucher for Payday The Heist if you bought all four games in the PLAY promotion in September. I see the game is out on PSN now but no voucher for me yet. I pre-ordered all four games as instructed well before the cut-off date... Do we just have to wait?

I have not received mine either and I brought all 4 games. Looks like where going to have to get in contact with Sony somehow.

Yeah, but who do we contact? Sony don't exactly make it easy... There isn't a phone number or email contact I can find anywhere on the PSN site...

Here is the Playstation support number for Australia 1300 365 911 I will be calling them Monday morning as I still haven't got my code yet.

What a bunch of bull***** this is. We pay for four games (of which maybe 2 are any good) and then get told we have to wait on a redemption code!!?? I get told others who buy the game outright get to play right away yet those who took the effort to pre-order etc have to wait? GET YOUR *****ING ACT TOGETHER SONY! what a joke...

I have now logged a complaint with the ACCC. I suggest others out there do the same. This is not how a company should be running a marketing campaign. There has been some serious f*ck ups here by PSN and it shouldnt be let to slide. This is NOT the way to run a business. No wonder they got hacked...

you have done thing's in the wrong order the first step ACCC insist you do is contact the company in question (and give them 7 days to respond).

Company was contacted and i was informed that i would have to wait unlike those who did not pre order. I was directly told by a sony employee that an outcome was not guarenteed. The business has advertised one thing and not come through on their promise to customers. This is not how a company should operate and it needs to be reported as they are pulling bull***** marketing tactics that dont follow through as advertised. Call it crying all you'd like but if you pay for something and dont get it as told by the company. The company gets what they want (your money) and you dont get jack ***** in return... it needs to be reported as unfair business tactics to the ACCC. plain and simple.
