Hi,

I set up my kids ps vita this weekend and used the same PS network account. Now I would like to separate the two so they both can access demos etc. I've tried to reset the memorycard, but it did not work at all! I've tried all kinds of changes. Now when I try to sign in with the new account, email and password, I get an message saying "You need to add additional information". Is it a bug, or is something wrong with the accont? Any idea?

Du kan kun oprette en account pr. memorycard men hvis du har to memorycards og stadig ikke kan finde ud af det kan du gå til denne guide for at få hjælp.
