Login in with your PSN, go to playstation systems and you can deactivate any consoles there.
I would also recommend changing your login password and never giving them out again.

To deactivate all consoles on the account log into the following website with the PSN credentials: www.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com, then select main menu "Accounts" > Media and Devices > Game > "Deactivate All".
