ok i bought a 360 last week to see what its like, and its trash, complete rubbish so i decided to get another ps3 instead of a 360. So im trying to get a refund but they will only refund it if its broke, so i need help breaking it, preferably by RROD! Please help, i need another ps3 bad.
EDIT : By the way the model is the new falcon model so its becoming hard to get it to RROD, i need help bad
Wrap it in a few towels and switch it on for a while.
It will rrod.
Lol, why would you go out and buy one just to try it instead of just playing on one in a store/on a friends one.
Another ps3? so did you trade it in for a 360, just to try it? :smileyvery-happy:
Wrap it in a couple of towels and use something like a box to cover it whilst its on.
Ive already got one ps3, and i need another 1 for my brother, and ive done the towel trick, left it for 3 hours and i only get 2 red lights, and i turn it back on and it works fine. I dunno what to do.

Stop being a ***** and actually realise it's a good console.
If you couldnt find a single game to buy then you must have a very very specific taste in games.
Try putting water in it in the hope of making a fatal short? Obviously not so much that they would notice though!
Spit through the vents? xD
These ideas are really getting hopeless.
Put a ps3 disc in it?
Whack it with a wii mote?
Tell it it looks fat?
Put hair gel in the disc tray? xD
The mods deleted my post, yet this thread (which openly condones, nay, encourages breaking consoles in order to get a refund) is allowed to exist.
I know the 360 is Sony's rival but come on, get your priorities right!
