Hi everyone

Ive encountered a problem with downloading little big planet

I got the the game from the playstation store-weloce back pacage and when ive started the download it pauses (and doesnt do anything) at 93%.

Is this a problem with the file or the store or my psp?

Sorry for the late reply, this would be better suited to the Technical Forums.

I would suggest trying different methods of downloading.

Before reattempting download, first delete any previous attempt from the 'Game' menu on your PSP console.

If you are trying via WiFi, then go to Settings -> Network Settings

and re-set up the Internet connection.

You could also try downloading via MediaGo, and then transfer it across to your console.

Well, I'm not happy. I had 3 games left to download, and now it's telling me the code is invalid. It hasn't expired yet. Is there an email address for contacting Sony?

Try this:

1.On your PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable navigate to the PlayStation Network icon on the XMB

2.Log into your PlayStation Network account and choose Account Management > Transaction Management > Services List

3.Choose “PlayStation Network Promotions” from the list of services displayed

4.Select either “PS3 Free Games” or “PSP Free Games” and then choose “Select Content”

If you're after content that you've already "purchased" (ie. LBP)

Then you can go through:

Store -> View Downloads OR

Account Management -> Transaction Management -> Download List
