Im not sure whos to blame really, Could be sony for not adding it to the AU Store, or

(in my example) Koei for not uploading that to every region?

I also wish both Disgaea's and Prinny games were available on the AU store - I'm a massive fan myself.

However it's up to the developer/publisher to publish content on the stores in specific regions.

I would suggest posting on the NIS forums, to show interest in having these available on the Aussie store, or even add it to their wishlist system they have set-up here: http://www.nisamerica.com/prams/
