Finally have both codes. Took 39 days and 6 calls to customer support but we got there in the end. For a company at the leading edge of technology and with such vast experience in the electronics industry it sure took them a long time to send an E-Mail. If one of my staff allowed this kind of customer service I'd sack them and automate the damn system myself.

Hey, just wondering, how to redownload the free games on media go ?

Used to have the 10 games on my laptop, but it was stolen.

Got a new laptop installed Media Go, but I can find the offer anymore, selecting games one by one, PSN ask to pay for them.

You can redownload the games from the VIEW DOWNLOADS list located at the top right hand corner of the store.

Hi all

Please please please help

I bought 2 PSPs last Christmas for the kids, downloaded the theme through the psp and got the code.

I needed to upgrade our internet to download the games, and forgot all about it until now.

Anyway, Im trying to download the games through mediago, i entered the code, all worked and the list of games came up. I selected the first one and clicked download, which it did.

But now I cant get the other games I cant find the page. When I search for them manually it wants to charge me for them.

I tried entering the code again but it invalid because I just used it. When I go to downloads, the only game I find is the first one I downloaded.

Please help me find the page again

Hi zaclego,

The code is a single use code, but once it's used, it allows your account access to those games at any point.

At this point, what you'll need to do is connect your PSPgo via WiFi to the Internet, then:

Navigate to:

Account Management -> Transaction Management -> Services List -> PlayStation Network Promotions -> PSPgo Promo.

It should then advise you that you have 9 available -> proceed through to the store, you can add the remaining games to your cart all at once. Choose 'Complete Purchase'.

You can then use Media Go on your computer to download from your "View Downloads" option in the top right hand corner.

hey i think around last year or the year before i got a psp go and i was happy that it came with 10 free games so my mum helped make an acount for me and i downloaded the theme on my wi-fi. my mum never got the email and we contacted everybody and none of the people helped. soon my mums otmail account got hacked and it closed down because of spam mail... ive been searching for ways to get the games but its too late it think...im stuck with a psp go with no games but i found this web-site so im asking if anybody could help me...

Sorry to hear of your troubles.

With something like this, you'd need to call your local PlayStation Support Centre for assistance.

If you're in Australia or New Zealand, the numbers are:

Australia: 1300 365 911
New Zealand: 09 415 2447

Else, look in the back of your PSPgo manual or game manuals if you have any.
