Just to let u guys know I rang Sony many times today . Because it was my fault they cant send it my email. Told me to sell it and get a new one to be able to get the offer. ***** Sony. I buy it in first place to get the ten free games now u want me to buy a new one. Bloody hell I know the promotion is to boost sales in the UK but having us buy 2 *****... After wait for nintendo 3ds bring it on.. Sony let me down any one want to buy my Sony stuff? Any way thank you guys in the forum for the input. shame the people working at sony dont have the patience like you guys to help folk. cheers.

Hi everyone. I got the PSPgo because I was tempted by the 10 free games offer. It's my first Sony gaming console, and I'm pretty excited to have it. I downloaded the theme on Saturday 17 July and now I'm eagerly awaiting for my code to be emailed to me. I know it's only been like 3 days, but I'm already starting to get impatient XD

I was drawn in by the 10 free games as well.  Didn't realise I had to wait so long to get them though.  Got impatient so I've bought one game for it.

Now I'm getting worried that I've stuffed up with the redemption process.  I did it all as it explained via the PSPgo, got the theme etc, and that was it.. I wondered if I was missing something and did it again.  I guess I was expecting some sort of verification email to say my submission was successful.  After doing it twice via the PSPgo I had a crack at it using MediaGo (I'm new to the whole psn stuff).  Now I read that if you've tried it with Media go that you'll be deemed invalid for the redemption.  If this is the case I'll be one unhappy camper...

Just ring Sony if you are unsure they looked into my account as I hooked mine up to my PS3 first a big no no apparently. Anyhow they looked into it and gave me the thumbs up. They said the account t has to go to Sony Europe for final approval hence the wait. Mine took me 34 days and then with two phone calls to Sony and apparently escalated my case

dont know if it will work but try taking it back to the shop, make up some reason to get a new 1 and get the theme the proper way

it sounds that u have done it right. it has to be downloaded via the psp go. aslong u have used a master account to get the theme from the store all will be good. i dont know y people dont buy a game for the go till the code for the 10 free games come. it give u something to do untill u get the games

Go buy a new PSP Go and Sony will give them to you for free..
