Hi,

I pressed the ps button and quit game from flow and now my psp go is stuck on the please wait screen.

Any way to reset this bad boy?

Hold the power switch up until it shuts off.

edit : It just ran out of charge.  All good!!!!

I cant see any reset button on mine. Have you had a look in the instruction manual to see if there is a reset sequence. 

Otherwise I would give PlayStation support on 1300 365 911 (Australia).

Dude did you read the thread, I suggested this already and he said it had no effect. 

To the OP did you end up call support, what did they say. Or did you find another way to solve the problem?

he said it ran out of charge. and that it was all good.

i take it to mean that once he began to re-charge the device and booted it up again that it worked as normal (after having been forced to shut-down due to no power).

 hehehe too funny, sir have you plugged it in?

no not like.

it was frozen, he couldn't turn it off, it continued to drain the battery until there was no more power, it turned off by default , he plugged it in to give it power again, and now it works. 

that's my gathering into the matter.
