I have followed all of the required steps but after the code allowed me to download 2 games it stopped working.  I have been waiting for Playstation Help Center to come back on line but it still gives me a message that the site is under maintenance.

 

How do I get the remaining 8 free games????

On your PSPgo console:

 

Account Management -> Transaction Management -> Services List -> Network Promotions -> PSPgo 10 Free Games
