So you've downloaded the theme using MediaGo and are not eligible until you've done it correctly as per the Terms & Conditions. How do you go about resolviing this? The below steps will show you a complete walkthrough of how to redeem your 10 free games correctly.
1. Navigate to System Setting on the main menu (briefcase Icon to the far left), once in System Settings, the third option from the bottom is ''Restore Default Settings''. This will reset your settings on your console and remove and previous Playstation Network Accounts off the console.
2. You will need to reconfigure your wireless internet connection on your PSPGO through Network Settings (Infrastructure Mode). Once this has been completed, the top symbol under the Playstation Network Menu (Far Right on the main menu) will now read ''Sign Up for PlayStation Network''. This option will prompt you to create a new account. Make sure you create a master account with accurate details on the account using a new and different email address on this account to the previous account that you have made the mistake with. This email will be temporary bare in mind so it does not need to be something personal.
3. Before downloading the theme again, navigate to Theme Settings under the Settings menu and delete the previously downloaded Theme from the console using the Triangle button to bring up the options to delete.
4. Navigate to the Playstation Network Menu ( far right on main menu) and access the store using your newly created account. This may ask you to sign in, ensure you do sign in with the new email address on the account (this is your Sign-in ID). Once signed into the Playstation Store, the ''Latest Section'' will have the ''PSPGO Promotion Theme'' located near the top, this does vary but it is always in the ''Latest'' section of the store.
5. Download the theme and ensure it is on your console by navigating back to the '' Theme Settings'' Under the Settings Menu (Briefcase Icon).
6. This will ensure you receive your code within 7 to 30 days of downloading the code. Upon receiving the code into your email address that you have created after restoring the System Settings and downloading the theme correctly, this code will be usable on the old account that you have previously made the mistake on. Using the code on the previous account will allow you to retain any purchases you have made in that time whilst waiting for the code to arrive (although it was never coming as it was done incorrectly)
7. Once used on the new account, you can connect your PSPGO to the MediaGO application to download and transfer your 10 free games to your PSPGO.
