Bought mine about 10 days ago with the 10 free game promotion. Have to say that I am extremely disappointed with having to wait for a "code" to download the games. I couldn't believe it when I downloaded the theme only to be advised that it could;d take up to 1 MONTH for me to receive the codes. Is Sony for real? What kind of customer experience is that? A consumer's first thoughts on a product will generally be at the moment they receive. I was very excited to open my pspgo. I was even OK with the time taken to initially recharge and configure it (system updates etc...). but when I received the email saying that I wouldn't have access to the games for potentially a month I was extremely frustrated.
There should me no reason for it to take so long... It should be instantaneous. Whoever thought that customers would generally be happy waiting up to a month to download their free games is a muppet and should be sacked immediately. What a terrible customer experience. To top it off, I know there was no mention of having to wait so long in any of the advertising of the product when I bought it... Silly me for not reading the blogs etc before purchasing. Just cant believe I would have to....
