Hi all,
As the title said should I get one? I'm looking for a portable multimedia system that allows me to play games and watch TV series and movies, I have a PS3 and I love that system alot. I am wondering if the PSP GO can play AVI files and if it dose not how do I go about converting them inot PSP GO formatt. Can I play the PS1 games that I've brought via the PSN store on the PSP GO.
Thanks

I would hold off for a while as there are heated rumours that a PSP2 is going to be announced on the 27th of January. If the rumours are true, it is a pretty powerful piece of kit as well. Search in Google "PSP2" and go to the news category. Lots to read and very exciting. Definitely wait until after the PlayStation press conference on the 27th.

I got one after having a PSP slim for a few years, it is fun to hold and a great little portable device.
However with the NGP being announced as well as the xperia Play, and the PSPgo no longer being manufactured.
You may be on a loosing horse.
Some benefit is that all media is in one easy to handle package, games in one folder being the biggest difference.
However apart from that it offers no difference to the PSP slim, movies, music, photos, connectivity is all the same.
Right now I'll have to say hold off for the NGP, you should have more money saved by its release.
Or grab a PSP 3000, all the umd games are going cheap, all the accessories are still available, and it works the same as a PSPGo.
