Silent Hill & other PS1 games wont copy onto my PSP3000

Hey everyone, wondering if anyone could help me out, I'm trying to copy my PS1 games onto my PSP, I get as far as "USB Connection" then when I click "Copy" on the game I wish to copy onto my PSP, my PS3 Console tells me my PSP needs an update, but my PSP has latest update.

Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong??

Hi there,

 

Can you confirm what version of the firmware you have on your PSP?

 

Go to Settings -> System Information - what does it say after "Software Version"?

 

You could also try transferring via Media Go on a Windows PC.
