can i change my settings on psn to US PSN

it seems that AU and EU PSN for psp is lack of content lately. there should be some updates about the rpg games i'm after and only came out on psn but it seems like only US psn is the one who still keep updating.

Is there anyway for me to change my settings to US psn?

Unfortunately we are unable to change the PSN account from AU to US. If you require any further assistance just contact  1300 365 911 or email support@playstation.com.au sorry I couldn't help further.
