I'm trying to update my new PSP Go software using Media Go and the same message keeps coming up:

An error occuring during this command (Id: 4800)

Error 0x80072f78 (message missing)

Pleease tell me what I have to do so I can finally use my PSP!

Hi there,

Realising the response may be very late, however:

You can use your PSPgo via WiFi and update via Internet on the console itself.

If this is not available, we'd need to know when that error is occurring - you'd need to be downloading the System Software to your PC, and transferring it to your PSPgo.

After unplugging your PSPgo from the PC, choose System Software via Storage Media.
