ive been trying to download little big planet (the one I got from the welcome back package) and the download stopped at 93%

I tried again but then it stopped at 90%

Ensure you are deleting the partially downloaded version before trying again.

 

If possible, download via MediaGo on PC and then transfer to PSP.

 

Check your internet settings and try again after also restarting router.
