Hi , could you help, our e-mail address has now changed and I cannot enter playstation store. I have thought about deleting the account, but this means I will lose all my games e.t.c. Any suggestions?
If you cannot access your account at all then contact PlayStation Support over the phone. You can find the relevant numbers here ;)
They should be able to reset the email address after verifying your identity. If you can access the account though, I would suggest trying to make the change through Account Management.
