Auto-suggest helps you quickly narrow down your search results by suggesting possible matches as you type.
Quit back to the media bar, and make sure you're on the latest firmware by going to the settings section of the media bar.
Once you're on the latest version go back to the LBP icon and press triangle, "update" or "check for updates" should be a highlightable option. Press X on that and the game should update.
