Below is a list of the most common queries regarding Media Go software:

1) Where can I view my download history?

On the main screen when opening the software you will notice a number of small icons in the top right hand corner of the screen. One of the icons will be a tray with an arrow pointing straight down, this will allow you to view downloads. Once signed in you are able to view your entire download history.

2) How do I redeem code/PSN cards?

Of the 5 icons in the top right, the furthest one to the right will allow you to sign into the PSN with your account. You can then navigate to the pencil icon with number 12 above it which allows you to redeem codes. There will be 3 empty boxes which you can put in your 12 digit code.

3) How do I transfer game/videos/comics through Media Go?

If you are looking at your download list for example, you will see a number of files and their compatibility with the PSP/PSP Go will be indicated by a yellow download tab on the right. To transfer one of these folders to the PSP/PSP Go you will need connect this to your PC. The software should detect the PSP and on the left of the main screen a panel will open for PSP system storage. You may be prompted to download the PlayStation Network Downloader. If this is installed all you need to do is click on the yellow download tab next to the corresponding item. This will download to the console, and when complete press the circle button. You will now be able to open the file under the appropriate icon on the XMB.

4) How do I download Media Go? (through the website)
