Hi,

I downloaded the PSP go theme on my new PSP go on 26th August 2011 (30 days ago), however have yet to receive the voucher code to enable me to download the 10 free games.  I talked to customer services on Thursday 22nd August and they said it would be emailed to me by today, however I am yet to receive it.

Is anyone else in this situation?

Hi James,

Provided the code is downloaded correctly (with an account on a NEW PSP Go, directly from the store) it is advised the code can take 30 days.

The code is sent out automatically, therefore if it does take longer than the 30 day period the advice is to contact the call centre. They should be able to tell you the code, or alternatively they will create a case for you to send to the Network Team to email out.

In some rare circumstances it can take over 30 days, in which case contacting the call centre again will allow them to look into it.
