It says "Please wait...", I've tried everything in the first post but it still doesn't work 
I've search on the internet but nothing seems to work

You running vista???
Connect your psp via USB, and when your pc fails to find the drivers
Get it to search manually C:\Windows\System32
make sure to check search subfolders though....
