You running vista???

Connect your psp via USB, and when your pc fails to find the drivers

Get it to search manually C:\Windows\System32

make sure to check search subfolders though....

Let me know if this helps you, it worked for me

Re: PSP Instructions: Updating and USB Mode

No, I'm running XP. The PC doesn't even pick up the USB connection, I was wondering if I need a new driver for it as it hasn't been working ever since I updated to 3.90

I'm going to try it on another computer though and see if that works

Re: PSP Instructions: Updating and USB Mode

Nope it doesn't work on the other Pc, I've restored the PSP to default settings but that didn't make any difference. :xCry:

Re: PSP Instructions: Updating and USB Mode

Do you need a PC to update to 3.90 or can you update your PSP by using a PS3 and its internet connection? As I don't have a PC.

Are you selecting 'USB mode' from PSP's XMB?
