Re: PSP Instructions: Updating and USB Mode

Ok, 3 answers:

1. This is the Download Now Link
NOTE: This will only work until a new version is for download. The download now link changes with each new update, so i would say use one of the links i have posted on the previous pages which will take u to the correct page and the u just click "Download Now" on the right

2. This is a firmware and USB based thread, so i wud appreciate the questions to be directly related to either of those 2 things (i.e. firmware probs/usb not connecting), but i will never the less answer ur question as best i can.
on the computer, u choose the song u want. now, either move or copy the file to this route: X>MUSIC (where X is the drive of the PSP), or i think this mite work, X>PSP>MUSIC. however, the music file has got to b 1 that the psp can recognise, such as MP3/WMA (enable via wireless).

3. I am not sure about Network Access code... i dont think i ever had 1. i got 1 for my PS2 but not for psp... i am sorry but i dont have any idea there.

Re: PSP Instructions: Updating and USB Mode

Ok, I read al the posts here and tried everything but i still can't update.

If I download the EBoot (3.93) form the official site and put in the GAME>UPDATE folder, run my PSP, go to GAME> Memory stick , it says "there are no games".

If I try to download I with my PSP, it says "download failed" everytime.

A couple of days ago I bought "God of War", with the game came Firmware 3.80 after running it I couldn't save any games and it said I had no more music on it or any save games. If i look on my computer it says there are save games and there is music on my PSP.

So my question is, what can/should I do. Does anyone have any Idea what to do.

Tnx,
Rick

Re: PSP Instructions: Updating and USB Mode

Hey guys,

I just tried to download from the store onto my PSP and the software I installed from the site tells me to connect my PSP in USB mode. However, according to my PSP screen, it is connected. Is there any way I can fix this?
