What model number do you have? I believe there may be different model numbers for European/US/Asian PSPs - where did you buy it? Is it an import? If so, you could try going to the appropriate regional website and seeing if it's listed there.
I don't think it's vitally important information anyway. If you can't find it, just pick the closest match. Registering your product doesn't affect how you get product support or anything like that.

What is the model number you are trying to register? If the PSP has been purchased from another region (e.g. Japan or the US) you will not be able to register it on the European website.
