The Transfer Failed

I purchased a PSP Go in Hong Kong and brought it to South Africa. I installed the Media Go software and the updated version (1.5) I bought a game and downloaded it.

I am having difficulty transferring the game to the PSP, it gives me a error message "The transfer failed (80048510)"

We were assured by the sales person that Hong Kong PSP's would work in South Africa.
