I’m not being evasive here, but I’m not able to address pricing concerns I’m afraid, this is a much bigger issue than I – but that Talking Heads example was most likely a mistake, as the Rock Band packs are designed to save the consumer money rather than cost more than the individual tracks."
Apnomis posted: "@ Mike, thanks for replying to me. I appreciate exchange rates is a sticky matter and I wasn’t expecting you to give me a definitive answer or justify the inconsistencies between US and Europe/UK pricing. I just wanted to highlight to you the basic principle that a bundle should cost less than it’s individual components and to do this the exrate used for the individual items and the bundle must be consistent. Here is a copy of a comment by Blasteroids (from the 3.0 FAQ post) that shows it’s not just an isolated incident:
Going Country Pack 1: 5 songs*£0.99 = £4.95, Pack price £5.20 – £0.30 more expensive!
Roadrunners Records: 5 songs*£0.59 + 1 song*£0.99 = £3.94, Pack price £4.99 – £1.05 more expensive!
Rock Band Live: 4 songs*£0.59 = £2.36, Pack price £3.49 – £1.13 more!
Spinal Tap Pack 1: 4 songs*£0.99 = £3.96, Pack price £4.99 – £1.03 more!
Toby Keith Pack 1: 6 songs*£0.99 = £5.94, Pack price £6.29 – £0.35 more!
Warped Tour Pack 1: 5 songs*£0.99 = £4.95, Pack price £5.25 – £0.30 more!
Judas Preist Album: 9 songs*£0.99 = £8.91, Pack price £8.99 – £0.08 more!
Talking Heads: 5 songs*£0.99 = £4.95, Pack price £5.25 – £0.30 more!"

"I reported the issue to Harmonix myself, so here’s to a quick fix once we get the confirmed information back from them."
So, if we ignore the first week then it is now almost 5 weeks to get a few prices fixed on the EU PSN Store. I do not blame Mike, since he seems to be a pawn in all this, but when I think of SCEE the words "quick" and "fix" never crop up at the same time.
Please note that the in-game advertising and PSN Store state “Tracks are sometimes available in packs which are cheaper", which is highly questionable.
