Todaay i bought a Playstation Network Card 20$ and i've an Adds-on that cost 3.99$,And evrything worked and i was excited so when i opened the game and checked the "Downloaded" i couldnt find thoose Adds-on,So i tried again  using the "Download List" Downloaded it again but before it got downloaded i've "Background download" so i can install it myself at the "Game" section and still NO ADDS-ON ??

PLEAASE HELP ME

It helps if you tell us which game you're talking about, which add-ons and any salient features like whether the game is from the same region as your playstation store region...

it was "WWE All Stars" the Adds on called "Greatest pack" or somthing like that i belive,Just to be honest i live at qatar(Middle east) and i have an American account and when i was gonna buy the PSSTORE Card the Cashier told me that i must have a "American PSN(Account to work" and i had one,so it i bought the adds on Perfectly no fails...Just when i got in the game it wasnt there.

Is the game the U.S version? DLC is region locked.

"BLES-00995"

BLES means it's a European game.

There's your explanation right there. Your best bet is to try to trade in / swap your European release of the game for the US version.

You probably need BLUS-30588.
