All Games psn section question

why are psp and neogeo pushed all the way to the bottom of the screen where you have to scroll down to get to them but ps3,ps2,ps1 and minis are at the top of the screen?

Probably due to them being the lesser platform

 

Sony are pushing Ps3, Vita as that is the fututre  and PS2 downloads as it is new

 

So to guess it is pushing the ones that makes them the most cash

Sony are stabbing their loyal family customers in the back - We have 3 PS3s and 3 PSPs all on the same IP address and all registered with Sony. Why can't we use them at the same time anymore?
