Dungeon Defenders is currently the best value for money on the store IMO.
Check out Extreme Golf or Shepherd for the iPhone.

Does the store have a sort function?
You could sort the games by their rating, and these kind of things would stop... (Possibly not, people still open threads asking if game X has trophies) But regardless, it could go some way to helping people pick games on their preffered tastes.
I'm not saying, don't ask about, but I don't know what games you own, what games you don't, what games you want to play, what games you don't, and this specific question is phrased asking, for a specific game for £19.99 essentially, of which, I don't think there's that great a deal out there.
But Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket Powered Battle Cars is one game I can always recommend, this and Dungeon Defenders should sort you out nicely with a bit to spare.
tl;dr
Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket Powered Battle Cars
Or
Implement a sort function on the store by star rating.

If I had £20 in my wallet to spend on the store, I'd probably aim to pick up three or four games. Then even if one or two of them don't hit the spot, there's a chance that one of the others will.
Personally, I reckon Hustle Kings, Marvel Pinball or Zen Pinball, Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket Powered Battlecars are all good fun. I've only played the demo of Dungeon Defenders but it looks like a very nice little game with lots of potential for online fun.
Actually, I just realised I'm a complete liar. I was given a £20 PSN card for my birthday last year and spent it all on the Sly Trilogy. But then again, I haven't made time to sit down and play that yet... ![]()

hey hey
I would certainly stretch out £20 to about 3/4 games
PSN/SEN games appear to be dropping in price recently and most are coming in under a tenner. with the plethora of sales you can easily get something for around the £6 - £8 mark.

Alternativly you can chuck on a few more pennies and get PS+
