Hey Chimpanzee,

I think you make a pretty good detective! I'm Jade, the producer on Blue Toad.

The price of the game has gone down from what it was launched at, but your keen sleuthing uncovered the price reduction which happened earlier than we had planned!

An individual episode was launched at £6.29, and a double pack at £9.99 (for Episodes 1 & 2). Episode 3 was free for 4 weeks from release, and as that was removed from the store this Thursday, we launched the new bundle pack of Episodes 1-3 for £9.99 (meaning everyone got the same deal) and lowered the individual episode price to reflect this.

I'm sorry you haven't enjoyed Blue Toad as much as we do. We've found it's a great game to play with your family or friends and the episodes get more challenging as they progress. Surely you want to find out who killed the *********** in Episode 3??? :smileyhappy:

I'll keep an eye on this thread, but if you have any more questions our team regularly chat on our Blue Toad website forum.

Hi Jade,

Thanks for clearing that up. Thought it was a bit strange! :smileyhappy:

Actually, it was your interview on the US Blog that convinced me to give it a try! Like I suggested, I don't think it was a bad game - it just seemed a little pricey given that all in all it's £20 (assuming you run the same deal on the next 3 Episodes) for the whole thing and from my experience of Episode 1, it wasn't very long. Maybe I would have been tempted to pick up Episode 2 had it been a little cheaper and more in-line with the £10-15 price tag we're used to with PSN games.

Obviously, I'm in  the minority as the "Buzz!™" around it  (bu-dum-dum--tssss :smileyhappy:) seems to suggest that most people who've bought it seem very happy with it!
