Call of Duty Elite

Heey,

 

my brother bought Call of Duty Elite today via the ps store. and there it said it can be downloaded at 2 platforms, but i can't find anywhere where i can download it.

Please help =)

Ignore what it says. Premium Elite can only be used on the account it was bought on or the account its linked to on the Elite site.
