PlayStation®Store Games

According to both websites, Greg Hastings 2 and the games developer  Majesco Entertainment - Greg Hastings Paintball 2, the game is available to be downloaded from the PSN. 

However, I have searched for it and cannot find it. I've emailed both web sites but yet to receive a response. Can anybody help me out with this one as to why I can't find it?

I'm based in the UK if that helps at all (it could possibly be only available to American users?).

i posted on their facebook page to ask when it is out in the uk, and he replied 1st sept!!!
