Hi everyone first time posting

I made my first purchase with my credit card for the Batman Arkham City Harley Quinns Revenge DLC for 12.95, however I just checked my balance and although not large I was charged once @ 12.95 and again @$0.16cents with the transaction description being both identical

"PENDING - SONY ONLINE SERVICES INTERNET GBR"

I wasn't aware that the PSStore has a surcharge or fee on credit card usage/transaction or doesnt it and should I be concerned, and who the hell do I report it to?

On the EU store the first time you enter yor credit card details they do a dummy transaction for a small amount to check the cards validity - perhaps it's that. They do a refund soon afterwards but it takes a while for the card issuer to process the refund.

Yep, the extra small fee will be refunded in a couple of days, and it will never happen again. Well, I guess it happens again if you get a new credit card or something.

Should only happen the very first time you order.

Ive changed Card Numbers Multi Times and never got any activation fees.

Is the OP with Mastercard instead of Visa. ( On my 7th Visa card, Chip and Pin gets damaged way to easy )
